One thing I love about Union Station is that you can get almost anywhere in the Contenintal U.S- from Union Station. Passengers have many travel options in every direction. For local bus travel a number of Counties operate busses with start points and destinations from and to Union Station. METRO , SANTA MONICA , TORRANCE , ORANGE COUNTY ,and GARDENA are some definites. METRO RAIL , METROLINK ,and AMTRAK also run here, and if you need to get to the Airports. the FLYAWAY busses are available. A VISIT TO ECHO PARK - LOS ANGELES , CA

Image
Photos by D.Marquis One of the  gems in Los Angeles to enjoy a relaxing day can be found at ECHO PARK. Located in East L.A- this Oasis in the middle of one of the country's largest cities- It's a great park to walk, people watch, or rest, but the best way to experience this destination is the "SWAN BOATS" in Echo Park Lake.    PLAN YOUR VISIT TO LOS ANGELES A landmark in Los Angeles since 1895, Echo Park is a Nature Lovers Dream. There is much flora and fauna to see and photo capture. I marveled at the abundant lotus flowers, lily pads, ducks and geese that live and thrive here. There were hundreds of turtles as well that were sunning or swimming. Dragonflies zip above the water. The abundance of nature is truly calming. Renting the Swan Boat allows you to see the city from a rare and beautiful perspective.  Enjoy my Best Shot from this series on Canvas ECHO PARK #1 CANVAS PRINT by itsallarts ECHO PARK- LOS ANGELES #2 POSTCARD by itsallarts ...
