This is such a great great place to visit in the Caribbean. The Weather is tropical and humid but very nice and enjoyable most of the year. There's so many ways to indulge and soak up the culture. Dominicans are very friendly people and are quick to share a smile with you as well as their culture. This is a wonderful place to soak up some great sun and fun. Theres so much to see and do, the food was wonderful. I recommend visiting the pyramids at CHITZENITZA , The ruins at TULUM and snorkeling at XEL-HA. This is a wonderful place to see dozens of California- Native Cacti al in one place. Its open year round and best to visit during from Fall to early Summer. This is a great beach to visit-with a a huge historical background on the origins of California's Naval Defense. It's a great place to get photos and see some of the micro sea life up close if you walk along the rocks/water. I caught some great photos during my visit to Dana Point. This is a premiere beach to catch surfers and some really cool rock formations right in plan sight to interact with.
