If you enjoy a good cigar to go with your tropical background and glass of Rum, You'll want to visit

BAVARO'S CIGAR AND LOUNGE in Punta Cana Dominican Republic. Dominican Cigars are a staple in the country and enjoyed by the locals and exported to other countries as well. During a recent visit to Punta Cana I had an opportunity to visit one of Bavaro's premiere Cigar Shops. Check out these CIGAR ACCESSORIES
When you enter you are greeted by friendly staff or The owner LUIS JIMENEZ whom I had the pleasure to meet. He welcomed me and immediately gave me a tour of the lounge. There's a comfortable couch and chairs and you will be invited to "Sit a Spell" to enjoy your purchase and some good conversation.

One feature I loved about this Lounge was being able to witness firsthand the making of the cigars sold here. The Art of Cigar Making at its finest. A meticulous but fast assembly method, this was enjoyable to watch as well as the aromatics from the fresh tobacco plant.

In addition to TOBACCO- SUGARCANE,  AND COCOA are grown here and are plentiful on throughout the island.


The lounge also features a walk-in Humidor which keep the cigars at optimal freshness. It is amazing to see the number of  handmade cigars produced.

The lounge also sells related products to enjoy with your cigars. If you didn't want to stay and enjoy the lounge, you are just steps away from the beautiful  Bavaro Beach.

This is such a great great place to visit in the Caribbean. The Weather is tropical and humid but very nice and enjoyable most of the year. There's so many ways to indulge and soak up the culture.
